The LOST Apollo Bar

The Apollo Bar is a candy bar that was found in the pantry in the Swan station by Kate in the Episode "Adrift". It appeared to be the only food item in the pantry not branded with the DHARMA Initiative logo. Apollo Bars are advertised as being "FULL O' NUTS" and in the episode the prop bar that Kate picked up had a "Consume By" date of October 23, 2004. Apollo Bars were given away at promotional events to the fans of the hit ABC TV series LOST. It is about the same size as a Hershey or Nestle bar. However these bars were dark chocolate and did not have nuts in them.

The founder and president of the company is M. David Benson. The wrappers say dark chocolate on them, and their advertising slogan is "Full O' Nuts". Apollo candy bars have been seen several times in Lost.: Boone Offered Shannon an Apollo bar in "Pilot, Part 1". In "Adrift", Kate ate one when she found some in the Pantry of the hatch. The expiration date was October 23, 2004. In "S.O.S" an Apollo bar was seen on the desk Locke was working at when he was trying to write the blast door map. In "Not In Portland" an advertisement for Apollo bars was on the bus Edmund Burke got run over by. In "Flashes Before Your Eyes", An advertisement for Apollo bars was seen on the soccer game Desmond saw in the pub. In "The Man Behind The Curtain", Annie gave Ben an Apollo bar.
